Staying at the beach hotel was fantastic for our family! The ocean view from our King Oceanfront Suite was breathtaking.

In my kids’ opinion, the hotel didn’t have enough family-friendly activities.

The beach service was great, but housekeeping was unresponsive.

I had an incredible experience with a gorgeous large room, delicious and easy beachside service, and beautiful sunset views from my suite. I'd definitely come back!

the grand beach hotel was a lovely surprise. my sunset view king suite was spacious and upscale. beach chairs were easy to spot with their pink color, and it’s just a short walk to many restaurants and shops. the wellness center spa is a must for some relaxation!

The only hiccup was that the bath fan in our bathroom needed a boost, but it didn’t ruin our time. Definitely make use of the beach umbrellas to stay cool in the sun! 🌴

Awesome family retreat

The pool staff was super friendly and always brought drinks right to our loungers. The beach was fun too, even if it got crowded. But the rooftop pool water was kinda nasty, which was a letdown.

The area has a lovely beach just a few steps away and so many restaurants and shops just half a block away, making it super easy to enjoy both the sunshine and good food during my stay. while the hotel had some modern and beautiful features, I did experience some issues with the elevators that could use attention.

The Grand Beach Hotel is aesthetically pleasing and modern, with spacious rooms and great amenities. My King Oceanfront Suite offered amazing views, a separate seating area, and two bathrooms, enhancing comfort and convenience. The attentive staff provided excellent service, particularly with assistive amenities by the beach, including chairs and umbrellas, ensuring a relaxing experience. The on-site dining features a fantastic breakfast buffet, with freshly prepared options tailored to individual preferences.

Great location with nice spa.

Had an awesome time with friends! We booked a King Oceanfront Suite and loved the beach vibes, perfect for relaxing. We took a yacht tour and went snorkeling, both were fantastic. The staff at the cafe were super friendly, making breakfast a breeze with fresh pastries and great coffee.

However, we faced issues with housekeeping not responding promptly when we needed extra towels. It took a few calls and a late-night trip to the front desk to resolve this, which was a bit frustrating.

Comfortable room, great amenities, with beach access perfect for sunbathing, and the rooftop terrace was an oasis for relaxation.

Service was lacking and response times were slow.

The location is excellent, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops, making it very convenient for our stay. The upscale suite was notably spacious and well-appointed. However, we faced significant issues with management regarding unauthorized charges on our credit card and were disrupted by moving rooms multiple times due to overbooking, which was particularly challenging with a newborn. While I appreciated the beautiful beach and the locally caught fish offered at nearby eateries, the service aspect left much to be desired.

Couple Seeking Better Service

The location is great since I really like Bal Harbor, is very close to Bal Harbor Shops and restaurants. They have several services such as different pools, chairs and umbrellas on the beach in good condition.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable.
